Vitalize Apothecary Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the holistic, natural, and organic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, skin sensitivity, or personal preference. We maintain strict quality and hygiene standards, meaning once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be resold.

We highly recommend reviewing all ingredients listed on our product pages before purchasing if you have known sensitivities.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our final sale policy is for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your product is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

How to Initiate a Return for a Defective Product

To report a defect and request a resolution, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us directly through our Contact Page or email us at your business email.

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Attach a clear photo or video showing the defect or damage, along with a brief description of the issue.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or credit your account. Please do not mail items back to our clinic without prior authorization.
